The design shown is an improv quilt I made with leftover blocks, naturally dyed pieces, and remnants of reclaimed and vintage fabrics - think tablecloths, curtains, mens’ shirts. It is machine pieced and hand quilted using sashiko thread, with cotton batting. Every part of this quilt is made using natural fibres.
